MicroSoft Launches So.Cl World Wide

When Facebook announced its IPO, Microsoft was ready with their new experimental social network project, So.cl, developed by the company’s FUSE labs. Today were we have Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Many More Microsoft played its turn with this new social networking website which integrates all your images, links and posts onto one to give you a collaborative and visually appealing update.
According to So.Cl official Faq

  • So.cl combines social networking and search, to help people find and share interesting web pages in the way students do when they work together.
  • To encourage interaction and collaboration, So.cl provides rich media sharing, and real time sharing of videos via “video parties.”
  • So.cl helps you create rich posts, by assembling montages of visual web content.
So.cl by Microsoft is a free Social Network Site and it uses the search data via Bing’s public API. Their plan is to create and develop an experimental research project using a minimal set of features to take experience. The option called Video party that lets you and your friends and followers view movies and other content together. Users can view existing party collections by any other So.cl user or create their own. So.cl has introduced a new bookmarklet like all other networks which help us share content while browsing. With all the set of features how can they leave the most used Chat, Yes it  does. For Getting So.cl you can either signup or use your Facebook data to authorize, there is also an option to choose if you want your content to appear in your Facebook stream, this feature is disabled by default and is customizable.
