Social video sharing giant YouTube unveiled its latest tool which allows its users to blur faces in the video, The announcement was made on Wednesday. YouTube said that this feature shall help protect the ID of political dissidents. YouTube is growing as a destination for highly produced entertainment and news content, The 2011 Tsunami in Japan is an open example, where it turned out be the most viewed video at that period.

The tool is simple to use, Once the uploader has chosen the video that needs to be edited using new tool, they just have to go to Additional Features and click the APPLY button below Blur All Faces. The tool is very quick and when its done one the user will be able to preview the video with blurred faces.

YouTube is the first player to offer such tool, currently No other social video sharing site offers its users any option to protect identities or to blur portion of the videos.
