Worlds top computer maker Hewlett Packard Co (Hp) declared its 3rd quarter earnings outlook on wednesday. The company stated that the it was taking an 8 billion dollars goodwill impairment charge in its services unit and expects to record a pre tax fees around $1.5 Billion from restructuring. Hp is planning to cut around twenty seven thousand jobs or maybe over 8 percent of its workforce over several years to save around #3.5 Billion per year.
