Samsung has officially announced the Launch date of Galaxy S III in India on May 31st 2012. The prices details and retail availability are still secret. This phone is the unicorn of the Android world. It’s big, beautiful, and built with natural curves to set it apart from the pack. the price is expected to around rs 38,000 for the smallest 16 GB variant. The Samsung Galaxy S III will be available in Pebble Blue and Marble White and also packs a relatively big 2,100mAh battery.

The Galaxy S III has a 1.4 GHz Exynos 4 quad processor that Samsung announced a few days ago and also has 1 GB RAM and a 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED touch screen with 1280 x 720 resolution, an eight megapixel rear camera along with a 1.9 megapixel front facing camera. and runs on Android 4.0 running out of the box but it will also have Samsung’s own TouchWiz user interface. The most important this is that Samsung has also responded to Apple’s Siri with its own S Voice natural language processing program. so lets hope Samsung surprises us on 31st May 2012…
